TERMS AND SERVICES POLICY

1. Services Provided
Reverse Osmosis (RO) system rentals; Reverse Osmosis (RO) system sales; Water Softener system rentals; Water Softener system sales; Installation services; Maintenance and filter replacement services; Salt delivery services; Service calls and rep
2. Service Agreements
Rental equipment remains the property of Tadlock Water Solutions S Corp. Monthly service fees are due on the agreed billing date. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, tampering or unauthorized modifications may result in repair or replacement charges. Equipment must be returned upon termination. Failure to return equipment will result in the charge of the full cost of said equipment.
3. Sales & Installation
FULL PAYMENT is due as outlined in the invoice or financing agreement. Installation fees may be separate from equipment pricing. Customers must provide adequate plumbing, electrical access, and safe installation space. Additional plumbing or modifications beyond standard installation may incur extra charges.
4. Maintenance & Service
Regular maintenance is required for optimal performance. Filter replacements and routine service may be included in service agreements but are not included in purchase agreements. Missed appointments without notice may result in a service fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Overdue payments may be subject to late fees. Returned checks may incur processing fees. Accounts past due may be suspended until brought current.
6. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to purchased equipment. Tadlock Water Solutions may offer a limited workmanship warranty on installations. Warranty DOES NOT cover improper use, freezing damage, neglect, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
7. Water Quality Disclaimer
Systems are designed to improve water quality but do not guarantee specific taste preferences or elimination of all contaminants unless explicitly stated. Proper maintenance is required to maintain system performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tadlock Water Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage, pre-existing plumbing issues, or water damage unrelated to our equipment. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service.
9. Cancellation Policy
Service agreements may require written notice prior to cancellation. Early termination fees may apply. Installation deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered.
10. Privacy policy
Customer information is used solely for billing, service scheduling, and account management. We do not sell or share customer information except as required by law.
